Automated Welding Machine for Piston Rod

1. Automated welding machine is designed to weld piston rods or bottoms.

2. Hydraulic cylinder MIG welding machine handled by MHD CNC horizontal lathe with travelling colomn, motorized vertical slide and oscillator.

3. 5axis cnc welding system will be programmed to walk out of the welding path. cnc teaching pendant allows to save lots of welding programs and automatically manages the whole welding process.

4. Realize the wide welding seam and multipass continuous welding. The interpass temperature can be controlled well during the multipass welding process.

5. Each parameters of interpass can be changed, for example the torch position, the rotation speed, the oscillation and the welding parameters as well.

6. Automated welding machine is equipped with intelligent anti-collision function. Intelligent anti-collision technology will reduce the collision force to 30%, and can prolong welding torch working life.
