MACHINE FEATURES:

The multi-spindle CNC wood router is an economical and practical woodworking machine tool. Among the four spindles, two high-power spindles are dedicated to slotting and blanking, and the other two spindles are dedicated to stamping. In this way, the processing requirements of different sizes in the production of panel furniture can be fulfilled. In addition, in the production of cabinet doors, four main shafts can be used to make the shape of doors. The machine is particularly applicable when there are four or less types of cutting heads required for door panel processing. It is worth mentioning that if one of the spindles has problems during use, the other spindles can still work without delaying production. Therefore, the machine is very cost effective.

▼ The cnc wood router adopts professional genuine controlling system, the software is compatible with CAP/CAM software like: Type3, Arcam, Proe, UG .

▼ Z axis adopts TAIWAN PMI rolling ball screw and the machine uses J&T linear guide as the transmission mode, thus ensure the machining accuracy.

▼ Y-axis is driven by double motors, which has high torque and can easily realize smooth machining in high-load machining environment.
